“The survival of society as we know it will depend on the imagination and innovation of the young people who will be our next generation of scientists.” Professor Martyn Poliakoff CBE, Research Professor of Chemistry, The University of Nottingham

East Midlands STEM Partnership is the voice of science, technology, engineering and mathematics education in the region. Through its members, the Partnership provides the stimulation, skills and support for STEM professionals of the future.

Funded by East Midlands Development Agency (emda), and supported by the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Network (STEMNET), the Partnership is part of a visionary investment programme by emda, designed to ensure the East Midlands is a flourishing region by 2020.

All those involved in STEM – delivery organisations, businesses and educators at all levels are crucial in the challenge to get more young people interested in STEM.
